From Martha Jefferson Hospital:
1. Turn RIGHT out of the parking lot or front circle of the Hospital onto Locust Ave.
2. Turn LEFT onto High Street.
3. Turn RIGHT onto Route 250 East.
4. Follow 250 East 1.5 miles, through 3 stoplights
5. Turn RIGHT at the 4th stoplight onto Peter Jefferson Parkway.
6. Once you've turned right onto Peter Jefferson Parkway, follow the road up the hill.
7. Turn RIGHT at the top of the hill into the Outpatient Care Center parking lots.
8. Building number 595.
From I-64:
1. Take the Shadwel1/ Route 250 Exit #124
2. Turn West toward Charlottesville on to Route 250
3. At the first STOPLIGHT, turn LEFT onto Peter Jefferson Parkway
4. Once you've turned onto Peter Jefferson Parkway, follow the road up the hill.
5. Turn RIGHT at the top of the hill into the Outpatient Care Center parking lots.
6. Building number 595.
From Route 29:
1. Follow signs to Route 250 East
2. Follow 250 East over Pantops Mountain.
3. From the Rivanna River Bridge, turn RIGHT onto Peter Jefferson Parkway at the FOURTH stoplight.
4. Once you've turned right onto Peter Jefferson Parkway, follow the road up the hill.
5. Turn RIGHT at the top of the hill into the Outpatient Care Center parking lots.
6. Building number 595.
From Route 250 (Eastbound):
1. Follow 250 East over Pantops Mountain.
2. Turn RIGHT onto Peter Jefferson Parkway at the FOURTH stoplight just before the I-64 interchange.
3. Once you've turned right onto Peter Jefferson Parkway, follow the road up the hill.
4. Turn RIGHT at the top of the hill into the Outpatient Care Center parking lots.
5. Building number 595.
From Route 250 (Westbound):
1. Follow 250 west toward Charlottesville.
2. Turn LEFT onto Peter Jefferson Parkway at the STOPLIGHT just beyond the I-64 interchange.
3. Once you've turned left onto Peter Jefferson Parkway, follow the road up the hill.
4. Turn RIGHT at the top of the hill into the Outpatient Care Center parking lots.
